How to Train Clients on Google Analytics (Without Overwhelming Them)

You've set up a client's GA4 property, built a clean dashboard, and walked them through it on a call. Three days later, you get an email: "I tried to log in to see our numbers but I don't know where to find the traffic report. Also, what's engagement rate?"
Training clients on analytics is one of those tasks that most agencies handle inconsistently — too much for some clients, not enough for others, and almost always reactive rather than planned. Here's a more deliberate approach.
First: Decide What You're Actually Training Them On
